WARNING: Due North Qwik Grip Mid-Sole DH may generally help give you traction on ice, snow or other porous surfaces that you may encounter on a day-to-day basis. NO product can completely prevent a slip or fall on unsafe surfaces that may be slippery, greasy or unstable. This Qwik Grip Mid-Sole may only help with traction if worn on proper footwear that has a 90 degree defined heel and if placed properly as shown on the user guide. The Due North Qwik Grip Mid-Sole only provides traction for the user if the user’s foot is firmly placed on the surface during stepping in a flat position. Do not wear with high heels, slippers or any other type of shoe that does not have a solid bottom or top. Qwik Grip Mid-Sole aids are not meant to be worn on slick surfaces such as granite or marble, or on ladders or similar equipment or when driving a vehicle. Use care as Qwik Grip Mid-Soles are sharp and may injure or damage flooring, surfaces or skin. Qwik Grip Mid-Soles are not meant to be used for athletic activities such as mountaineering, hiking or running, nor on steep up or down slopes. This product contains latex.

Did you order the wrong size, style or colour and need to return all or part of an order? No problem! Just email info@totalrescue.ca with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities and order number and we will reply with return instructions. Please note: a 15% re-stocking fee is applicable.
Was there a mistake on our part? Please email info@totalrescue.ca with a complete list of all of the items you were wrongfully shipped, including style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities and order number. We will reply with return instructions.
Did you receive defective products? All products have a one month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Just email info@totalrescue.ca with the details of the defective item, including style number, color, size, quantities and order number. We will reply with more information.

Returns can only be authorized 30 days after receipt.
Altered or opened garments are not returnable.
Return freight must be pre-paid.
All original tags and packaging must be present.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by The Total Group of Companies.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If items are damaged or wrongfully shipped, we will cover return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
