Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are shipped from our Red Deer facility or six other warehouses from British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec, Ontario or Nova Scotia.
Most orders are delivered in 2 to 5 business days after being placed. We will notify you as soon as possible if items you ordered are out-of-stock or special order.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via a wide range of carriers based on timing and best rates.
Orders can be picked up at our Red Deer facility.
Was there a mistake on our part? Please email info@totalrescue.ca with a complete list of all of the items you were wrongfully shipped, including style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities and order number. We will reply with return instructions.
Did you receive defective products? All products have a one month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Just email info@totalrescue.ca with the details of the defective item, including style number, color, size, quantities and order number. We will reply with more information.
*IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Returns can only be authorized 30 days after receipt.
- Altered or opened garments are not returnable.
- Return freight must be pre-paid.
- All original tags and packaging must be present.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Returns must be authorized by The Total Group of Companies.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If items are damaged or wrongfully shipped, we will cover return shipping costs.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
Cancellations
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once shipments are picked up by a courier, the return policy is in effect.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards or payment can also be made in person at our store.
