We will reply with return instructions. Did you receive defective products? All products have a one month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. We will reply with more information. *IMPORTANT DETAILS: Returns can only be authorized 30 days after receipt. Altered or opened garments are not returnable. Return freight must be pre-paid. All original tags and packaging must be present. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be authorized by The Total Group of Companies. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If items are damaged or wrongfully shipped, we will cover return shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
