We will reply with return instructions. Did you receive defective products? All products have a one month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. We will reply with more information. *IMPORTANT DETAILS: Returns can only be authorized 30 days after receipt. Altered or opened garments are not returnable. Return freight must be pre-paid. All original tags and packaging must be present. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be authorized by The Total Group of Companies. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If items are damaged or wrongfully shipped, we will cover return shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed. Cancellations Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. Once shipments are picked up by a courier, the return policy is in effect.
